About Me

Baker & Cake Artist

My name is Patricia and I was born and raised in Mauritius. I moved to Australia in 1986 with the dream to become a Patisserie Chef however at that time life progressed in a different direction.

My passion for baking started as young as 8. I had a thirst for learning, creating and inventing new recipes and designs. I did my first 3D cake in 1982, with very limited resources.

Cooking is part of my culture, my DNA.

Four years ago I started Heaven In A Cake and soon found out that there were no limits to what I could produce and I decided to reach out to the stars.

I am passionate about inventing new recipes and creating cakes and producing a WOW factor in every cake I make.

Heaven in a Cake offers a wide range of cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and desserts.

50 years of Scott - all in one cake! 🎂

This was such a special one to create. When you’re celebrating a 50th, you need a cake that tells the whole story. Top tier: Vanilla cake with pistachio buttercream Bottom tier: Rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache And the design? Safety Specialist hard hat on top 👷 Custom playing cards His Collingwood Magpies pride And of course, Scott on his Harley ready to ride! I loved adding all the little personal touches that make it him. From the high-vis to the bike to the family cards - this...

I just wanted to thank you for the amazing cake, it was just perfect and exactly what I wanted. You have such a talent and I have posted on my fb page recommending you with a photo of the gorgeous cake.

Minecraft theme cake

I thank Heaven in A Cake for producing such an amazing cake not only in looks but so good in taste. This cake represented "This is my life" book.

This is your life book cake

First off... your cake was delicious!!!

I had a lot of comments and comparisons with others.

I would like to let you know that i dont eat carrot cake but i did!! And so did my son👍 we both really enjoyed it a lot.

You did an amazing job and I am so thankful for all your hard work 😊

I will most definitely use you again and have also referred you (which is something I dont do a lot unless your outstanding! Which you are.)

Most importantly my husband enjoy it too❤

So from our family THANKYOU AGAIN.

Enjoy your day:)

Train Cake - My son was absolutely stoked and over the moon with his train cake. Thank you so so much

Train Set cake

Pat - you ARE the best!

So long story short we needed an amazing baker/cake artist for our sons 21st (last minute) - went to the old trusty “Mandurah B & S” - 98% of recommendations were for Heaven In A Cake …

What’s this “Heaven In A Cake”? I ask myself!

Pat was ever so efficient and understanding of our needs … EXTREMELY well priced (probably underpriced with the amount of love and passion that went into this masterpiece).

Now … come a little a closer … I want to be honest… Can you keep a secret?

So you know when you order these spectacular looking cakes you sort of care more about the presentation/Look of the cake more so than the actual taste - HEAVEN IN A CAKE will not ONLY set your taste buds on a gastronomic journey (omg - so deliciously moist, tasty and just AMAZING) these cakes will blow your eyeballs out!!! Well not really… but they are ever so amazing to look at (I didnt want our son to cut the cake lol).

I’m a baker so it was a huge hit when the birthday Man thought I’d made the cake myself!

I want to keep Heaven In A Cake my little secret - but honestly I’d be nasty not to share!

I know where my Xmas cake is coming from this year
